John Gowdy's "Behavioral Economics and Climate Change Policy," in the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization (Vol, 68, Nos.3-4) was the No. 1 most cited article for October-December, 2008 as listed in ScienceDirect's Hottest Articles.
